Supernatural is Real, Hell

Hell and Heaven are real places.

First, a little bit of a spoiler to the end of this series, you are supernatural, EVERYONE will live on after death.
"And many of those who sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt." Daniel 12:2
Jesus tells us this.
"And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life." Matthew 25:46
We read in Revelations what happens to us after the great white throne judgment
"Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire." Revelation 20:14-15
So we ARE going to all live on. Where we live, is what we must decide. We only have one opportunity. This life here and now.
"And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment" Hebrews 9:27
I know, I know, this seems to contradict the fact that a loving God created us. Why would a loving God create us, make us flawed, and then create a place for us to go where we suffer for an eternity? The short easy answer? He didn't. God never created hell for man. It was never His intent for us to go there.
Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels." Matthew 25:41
Read that carefully. Jesus says "prepared for the devil and his angels." Not for man/ Never intended for man. However, since the fall, we are on our way to join the devil. If there were no hell, then let me ask you this. What exactly is Jesus "Saving" you from?

The eternal fire, AKA hell, was created for who? "The devil and his angels." God is not an old man, sitting on a throne, waiting to see how many He can cast into hell. He is not sitting there waiting for you to slip up so He can punish you. He never intended you to go to hell at all. He created hell for one purpose. "The devil and his angels."

Jesus talks about hell as much, some say even more than He does about Heaven. Matthew 5:22, 29, Matthew 10:28 {Good advice I think}Mark 9, Luke 10:15, Luke 16:23. Just to name a few places.

He is warning us about it. He does not want anyone to go there. He would not waste His time warning us about someplace that does not exist. He wants as many to be saved from that as possible.
"The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.." 2 Peter 3:9
One of the reasons that many do not like to teach, or accept that hell is real, is that they do not want to think that there is someone that they have lost there as we speak, being tortured continuously. I really believe that the word teaches us that although hell is a real place, it is not open for business, if you will, yet. I believe it teaches very clearly that hell is future tense. Look at Job 21:30-32
"that the evil man is spared in the day of calamity, that he is rescued in the day of wrath? Who declares his way to his face, and who repays him for what he has done? When he is carried to the grave, a watch is kept over his tomb."
Then this in 2 Peter 3:7
"But by the same word the heavens and earth that now exist are stored up for fire, being kept until the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly."
However, I have some good news for you. Just like hell, is a real place, so is Heaven.
"In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going." John 14:2-4
In Revelations, we read this.
"He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.” Revelation 21:4
This is a very real place. We will be going there to be with the Lord if we accept His sacrifice for us. We are only here for a time. Jesus tells us we need to be more concerned with the time to come, than this one of which we live. Even while doing work. He tells us this.
Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Matthew 6:19-21
Listen, folks. We are only here for a really brief time. The word declares that our life is but a vapor. Here one minute, gone the next. James 4:14.

Think about it this way. How long is your life? 75 years? If you are blessed with a long and healthy life. I hope you are. But what are 75 years? The Bible tells us that to one of God's days, is a thousand of our years. 2 Peter 3:8. So? You are born, You grow up. Graduate Highschool. Go to college. Meet the love of your life, get married, have kids of your own. They grow. The graduate. They get married, They have kids. So the cycle goes, God hasn't even finished His morning coffee. You are still here witnessing all this. All this happens within 75 years. God eats breakfast and your children's children go through the cycle. Some may even remember you. Some may not.

Before God has lunch, speaking in humans terms, of course, an illustration if you will, over 300 years have pasted here on earth. How many people, just in your family, have lived before this? We still have another 700 years to go, before God decides, He has completed His day and turns in. Again, God never sleeps so I'm illustrating this in human terms. Now, this is all just a thousand years. What about eternity? Point is, life here is short. It will end. There is so much more waiting for us. Choose wisely.

Do you know Jesus as your Savior? Have you been adopted into the Family of God? If not, say this Prayer. Right now. Wherever you may be. Say it in your own words, and do not doubt in your heart. God will heal you. He will send the Spirit of Life to you. Let us Pray.

"Oh heavenly Father, Lord God. I am a Sinner. I know this. I know there is nothing I can do to change that. But I know you can. I accept Jesus and His Sacrifice for me. I believe that He raised from the Dead. I repent my Sins. Please send the Spirit of Adoption into my life. Help me to get to know the real you. Save me. Please. In the name of Jesus, Amen!"

That's it. It really is just that simple. Now go tell someone what you have just done. "That if you shalt confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in your heart that God hath raised him from the dead, you shalt be saved." Romans 10:9 You need to find a Church that God leads you to and be Baptized the way Jesus said to be. You are now a Child of God. A New Creature. You "have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him." Colossians 3:10

Until next time, be Blessed, be a Blessing, and Jesus is Lord!
