Happy Thanksgiving. The REAL Reason We Are Even Here.

This is the True Story of Thanksgiving.

"On August 1, 1620, the Mayflower set sail. It carried a total of 102 passengers, including forty Pilgrims led by William Bradford. On the journey, Bradford set up an agreement, a contract, that established just and equal laws for all members of the new community, irrespective of their religious beliefs. Where did the revolutionary ideas expressed in the Mayflower Compact come from? From the Bible. The Pilgrims were a people completely steeped in the lessons of the Old and New Testaments. They looked to the ancient Israelites for their example.

And, because of the biblical precedents set forth in Scripture, they never doubted that their experiment would work. But this was no pleasure cruise, friends. The journey to the New World was a long and arduous one. And when the Pilgrims landed in New England in November, they found, according to Bradford's detailed journal, a cold, barren, desolate wilderness. There were no friends to greet them, he wrote. There were no houses to shelter them. There were no inns where they could refresh themselves. And the sacrifice they had made for freedom was just beginning. During the first winter, half the Pilgrims – including Bradford's own wife – died of either starvation, sickness or exposure. When spring finally came, Indians taught the settlers how to plant corn, fish for cod and skin beavers for coats.

Life improved for the Pilgrims, but they did not yet prosper! This is important to understand because this is where modern American history lessons often end. Thanksgiving is actually explained in some textbooks as a holiday for which the Pilgrims gave thanks to the Indians for saving their lives, rather than as a devout expression of gratitude grounded in the tradition of both the Old and New Testaments. Here is the part that has been omitted: The original contract the Pilgrims had entered into with their merchant-sponsors in London called for everything they produced to go into a common store, and each member of the community was entitled to one common share. All of the land they cleared and the houses they built belonged to the community as well. They were going to distribute it equally. All of the land they cleared and the houses they built belonged to the community as well.

Bradford, who had become the new governor of the colony, recognized that this form of collectivism was as costly and destructive to the Pilgrims as that first harsh winter, which had taken so many lives. He decided to take bold action. Bradford assigned a plot of land to each family to work and manage, thus turning loose the power of the marketplace.

What Bradford and his community found was that the most creative and industrious people had no incentive to work any harder than anyone else, unless they could utilize the power of personal motivation! But while most of the rest of the world has been experimenting with socialism for well over a hundred years – trying to refine it, perfect it, and re-invent it – the Pilgrims decided early on to scrap it permanently. What Bradford wrote about this social experiment should be in every schoolchild's history lesson. If it were, we might prevent much needless suffering in the future," such as that we're enduring now. "'The experience that we had in this common course and condition...'" this is Bradford. "'The experience that we had in this common course and condition tried sundry years...that by taking away property, and bringing community into a common wealth, would make them happy and flourishing – as if they were wiser than God,' Bradford wrote.

For this community [so far as it was] was found to breed much confusion and discontent, and retard much employment that would have been to their benefit and comfort. For young men that were most able and fit for labor and service did repine that they should spend their time and strength to work for other men's wives and children without any recompense,'" without being paid for it, "'that was thought injustice.' Why should you work for other people when you can't work for yourself?" That's what he was saying. " The Pilgrims found that people could not be expected to do their best work without incentive. So what did Bradford's community try next? They unharnessed the power of good old free enterprise by invoking the undergirding capitalistic principle of private property.

Every family was assigned its own plot of land to work and permitted to market its own crops and products. And what was the result? 'This had very good success,' wrote Bradford, 'for it made all hands industrious, so as much more corn was planted than otherwise would have been.' ... Is it possible that supply-side economics could have existed before the 1980s? Yes. Read the story of Joseph and Pharaoh in Genesis 41. Following Joseph's suggestion (Gen 41:34), Pharaoh reduced the tax on Egyptians to 20% during the 'seven years of plenty' and the 'Earth brought forth in heaps.' (Gen. 41:47) In no time, the Pilgrims found they had more food than they could eat themselves.

Now, this is where it gets really good, folks, if you're laboring under the misconception that I was, as I was taught in school. So they set up trading posts and exchanged goods with the Indians. The profits allowed them to pay off their debts to the merchants in London. And the success and prosperity of the Plymouth settlement attracted more Europeans and began what came to be known as the 'Great Puritan Migration.' But this story stops when the Indians taught the newly arrived suffering-in-socialism Pilgrims how to plant corn and fish for cod. That's where the original Thanksgiving story stops, and the story basically doesn't even begin there. The real story of Thanksgiving is William Bradford giving thanks to God for the guidance and the inspiration to set up a thriving colony. The bounty was shared with the Indians." They did sit down" and they did have free-range turkey and organic vegetables, "but it was not the Indians who saved the day. It was capitalism and Scripture which saved the day," as acknowledged by George Washington in his first Thanksgiving Proclamation in 1789."

Time To Recharge

How is your Soul?

Ever take a long drive? I use to go from Stuart to Tallahassee about one a month. 6 hour drive. Then a little less often. I loved the trip. We would stop along the way and see stuff. We would stop for the rest room, food, ETC. Before I left, I always went to the Gas Station and filled up.

Whenever you go on long trips, you can see and do whatever you chose. However, there always comes a time when your vehicle requires you to stop for something else. I do not care if it runs on diesel, E85, Electric, or good old fashion gas. If you do not stop and refill, your vehicle will stop all by itself, wherever you may be.

Your physical body is the same way. Oh, you can go days without food and water. Many people Fast often. However, eventually, you have to stop and refill, eat, drink, or your body will simply stop on it's own.

Your Spirit is the same way. We are going to talk about this in a few different aspects.

1st, just like your vehicle before a long trip, you have to fill your Spirit before going out there, attempting to Sow the Seed, share the Truth, and or, show the Way. You have to have something, before you give something. You have to understand what the Truth is, before you can share it with others.

2nd, the more you wish to give out, the more you need to fill up.

3rd, once you get filled and go out, you must continue to fill up, to continue to give. If you chose not to, you will be no longer any good, for you will have nothing more to offer.

Let's say you are just Saved. You hear the Gospel, and receive the Gift, and want to go out and share it. That's great. However, be careful you are not of those Jesus warned us, some of us would be.

Matthew 13:
20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it;

21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended.

22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful.
Jesus tells us that some will hear His Word and receive it with Joy, and soon after, attempt to go out into the world. However, because they have no root, or foundation, they do not get far. Once the cares of this world, and or, they face trials and tribulations, they quickly fall away. Their Fruit, although they were truly attempting to produce fruit, withers away, because they have no root.

"'A little knowledge is a dangerous thing" {Alexander Pope 1709} A small amount of knowledge can mislead people into thinking that they are more expert than they really are. That they are more intelligent or crafty than they are. Stronger, braver, able to withstand, more than they actually can. I can tell you, "You are a Child of God. God is your Daddy." I can quote to you Isaiah 54:17: "No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper;" You, receiving this with Joy, can then go out and look for Demons to cast out and devils to fight.

Problem is, if you do so, without knowing that it is the Spirit in you, that communes with your Spirit, that has the power. If you do not know that God has a plan and purpose for you, that may not include fighting demon dogs from Hell, you could get discouraged real quick and decide none of this Salvation thing is worth it.

When friends and family turn away, and you do not know that Jesus told us these things would happen, you may get discouraged real quick and decide none of this Salvation thing is worth it. When your Boss decides he is going to tell you to stop with all this "Jesus stuff" or he will fire you, and you do not know that Jesus said, "Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him." You could fear and cower, you could get discouraged real quick and decide none of this Salvation thing is worth it. Jesus told us....

Matthew 6:
25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
You have a little knowledge of the Truth, but not enough to counter the fiery darts of the enemy. Not enough to overcome the temptations to fear. The temptations of the world. You are running off into battle with nothing on. You most likely will not last long out there.

Then, depending on how far you want to go, should assist on your decision on how much you want to fill up. If I'm on vacation, and plan on staying home most of it, I may only need to put like $20.00 in my car. A quarter to half tank of gas can get me around town all week if I do not plan on going anywhere special.

If all you want to do is lead someone you love to Salvation, all you real need to know is this.

John 3:
3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
And

John 3:
5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
And of course

John 3:
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
Now of course, this is the Truth. However, if this is all you know, what happens when you run up on those that will test you? "Was Jesus God or man?" "Why is this the only way to get to Heaven?" "Why does God Condemn?" "What about all those contradictions in the Bible?" ETC. Truth is, that's all you got. You will not know how to answer. Truth is, without a solid foundation, you may even be led astray yourself. You need to be filled with the Holy Spirit. You need a full tank. Always. If you do not know the Truth yourself, you may believe the lies.

Now let's say you do have the full tank. You go through the process. You learn the Truth. You commune with God. You feed on the Word every day. Pray. Talk to the Spirit. You are Anointed. You go out there and Teach, Preach, and show the Way. You'er good right?

Remember what Jesus said about Himself? "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised," {Luke 4:18}

Now Jesus IS Lord. He is the very Flesh of God Himself. He has the Spirit with him always. Following the Temptation of the Devil, Angels came to earth and ministered to Him. I think He has a pretty full tank. Don't you? He knows the Word. He IS the Word. Yet? He often went off by Himself to recharge.

Matthew 14:23
23 And after he had dismissed the crowds, he went up on the mountain by himself to pray. When evening came, he was there alone,
Mark 1:35
35 And rising very early in the morning, while it was still dark, he departed and went out to a desolate place, and there he prayed.
Mark 6:46
46 And after he had taken leave of them, he went up on the mountain to pray.
Luke 5:16
16 But he would withdraw to desolate places and pray.
Luke 6:12
12 In these days he went out to the mountain to pray, and all night he continued in prayer to God.
Why would the Son of God, God Himself, need to go off by Himself to Pray? Now remember, He knows the Word. He IS the Word. He needs not go off and study it. He is it. Yet, HE want off alone to Pray. Why? The answer is pretty simple.

Mark 5:
25 And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years,

26 And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse,

27 When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment.

28 For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole.

29 And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.

30 And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him about in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes?
"And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him." Now think about this. in Mark 5, Jesus cast out "Legion," the many demons possessing the naked man in the tombs, healed the Woman with the issue of blood, and raised Jairus's Daughter from the dead. Then in Mark 6, He ran into those that doubt Him and challenged Him, healed a few more people, and sent out the Twelve. Heard of the death of John the Baptist, fed the five thousand, then departed them to be on His own. To Pray. As a matter of fact, Jesus even told His Disciples this.

Mark 6:
30 And the apostles gathered themselves together unto Jesus, and told him all things, both what they had done, and what they had taught.

31 And he said unto them, Come ye yourselves apart into a desert place, and rest a while: for there were many coming and going, and they had no leisure so much as to eat.

32 And they departed into a desert place by ship privately.
Jesus told them to separate themselves from the World and Rest. He told them to recharge. He tells us the same. The Word of God is alive. It's not some kind of History Book. It's not some kind of Text Book you need to study for the test. It is very much alive. When you read it, when you Pray, when you spend time allowing the Spirit to teach you, you are filling yourself with Virtue. Virtue means power and strength and Righteousness and good. Whenever you share it, Virtue goes out of you. You must take the time to recharge. Simple knowledge of the Word is not enough. Peter wrote:
"Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness Love. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:" {2 Peter 1:4-10}
In his letter to the Philippians, Paul wrote this: "Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things." {Philippians 4:8}

How is your Soul? Are you running on empty? Do you have anything left to give? You have heard it said that "give and it shall be given unto you." You understand that you reap what you sow. However, you must first have something to give. Once gone, you need to receive more, to give more. You need to take time to recharge. To refill. To re-energize. Or there will come a time when you simply run dry. If Jesus Himself needed to do it, trust me, so do we.

Do you know Jesus as your Savior? Have you been adopted into the Family of God? If not, say this Prayer. Right now. Wherever you may be. Say it in your own words, and do not doubt in your heart. God will hear you. He will send the Spirit of Life to you. Let us Pray..

"Oh heavenly Father, Lord God. I am a sinner. I know this. I know there is nothing I can do to change that. But I know you can. I accept Jesus's sacrifice for me. I repent my sins. Please send the Spirit of Adoption into my life. Help me to get to know the real you. Save me. Please. In the name of Jesus, Amen!"

That's it. It really is that simple. Now go tell someone what you have just done. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." {Romans 10:9} You need to find a Church that God leads you to, and be Baptized the way Jesus said to be. You are now a Child of God. A new Creature. You "have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him." {Colossians 3:10}

There is Hope and a Future

Pastor Ron Lindemann

“Many are the sorrows of the wicked, but steadfast love surrounds the one who trusts is the Lord” (Psalm 32:10).

The condition of the American government has certainly created a tremendous amount of doubt in the hearts of people. The last few days are no exception as tension among Americans continues to grow. Many people are asking, “Who can we trust anymore?” People today live in fear of their future wondering how they can survive such chaos and confusion. When we lose sight of who is ultimately in control we live in fear and doubt of a hopeful future. Throughout the Old Testament we constantly see the Israelites falling away from God finding themselves dealing with oppression and tension within their living conditions initiated by a life of unfaithfulness. This is often cause by a self-induced living style that is outside God’s will and plan for our lives. As America works its way of shutting God out of its very core of existence it will continue to live in chaos. Satan is winning the battle of creating doubt in the hearts of people. Satan has convinced people there is no one who can be trusted.

“Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord” (Jeremiah 17:7). On our own we are doomed and lost; we need someone to lead and guide us. We all need someone to pave the way for our future and hope. We can’t do it on our own. Who is the one we can trust? Jesus. We cannot lose confidence in the One who is the Cornerstone of the very foundation of life. We cannot lose sight of the one who gives us hope and a future. “He is not afraid of bad news; his heart is firm, trusting in the Lord” (Psalm 112:7). So today as I read the headline article “There is No End in Sight” I know there is an end and a future – one that God has planned and paved the way for each one of us through Christ. Take time today to pray for the leaders of our country that they would lead and guide us in the hope and promise that only God can give.

Heavenly father, you are the source of all goodness. Guide the leaders of our nation to be faithful to the calling you have placed in their lives to care for the security and wellbeing of our nation. While Satan uses this as a time of destruction; use it to draw people closer to you as we place our trust in you with our lives. Thank you for the hope and future we have through your Son, Jesus. Amen!

The Power of the Spoken Word

The Spoken Word is the most powerful tool ever created.

Ever get cut off in traffic? Ever buy one of those things, from one of those places, with all those directions on how to put it together? Every say to someone, "God Bless you." Do you even know what it is you are saying?

Lets start in the beginning.

Genesis 1:
1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.

7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.

8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.

9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.

10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.

11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.

12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

13 And the evening and the morning were the third day.

14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.

16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.

17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,

18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.

19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.

21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

22 And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.

23 And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.

25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.

31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
"And God said, Let there be light,"" And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.""And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear:""And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth:""And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years: And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth:"" And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.""And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind:""And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.""

"And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth. And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so."

I believe in the "Big Bang." God said. BANG! It was so. God SPOKE this World into existence. He SPOKE us into existence. God gave us domination over all the Earth, by SPEAKING the Authority into existence.

Then we gave this God given Authority over to Satan.

Genesis 3:
1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
Notice a couple of things here. God SPOKE the Universe and the Earth into existence. He gave us authority over it. How did Satan take it from us? He SPOKE to Eve. Eve SPOKE to him. Then in the act of disobedience, out of the same Sin as the devil himself, Adam and Eve gave the Authority that God gave us, over to Satan. They desired to become God.

Take note of this next passage. Now remember, in the original language, the words "our" and "us" means three or more. "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion...." Then He says this...
22 And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:
Who was God talking to? We are made in the Image of God. Who is God? The Father, {Our Mind Will and Emotions} The Word that became Flesh "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. ""And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us," {John 1} (This crude matter, our flesh, our bodies.} "And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters." {Gen 1:2} {Our Spirit, the thing that makes us, us, and will live on forever} We are three totally separate beings, yet we are one. Given the same Authority over all of God's Creation that God had. Even over the Tree of Life. He asked us not to eat of it, but gave us Free Will to do so anyway. Hence, the fall of man.

Then Jesus came. He came to save and restore. When you accept Jesus's sacrifice, you are adopted into the Family of God. God is IN you. So you receive back that authority. You have that power. YOU can speak things into existence, when they do not even exist. The power to curse, and the power to bless, are your's and they lay in your tongue.

Ever say to the person that just cut you off "God damn you!"? Or to that tool that was not working the way it should, "God damn it!"? Do you have even a REMOTE concept of what you are actually doing and saying? Oh it's just a figure of speech. NO IT IS NOT! You, as a Child of God, are PRAYING. God is always with you. You are walking into the very Throne Room of the Creator of Hell itself and asking Him, "Daddy, please send this person to the ever lasting lake of fire, so that they may be tormented and suffer. Send them to Hell daddy. They cut me off." Remember what Jesus told us? "Truly, truly, I say to you, whatever you ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you." {John 16:23} Think about that.

Yes, as a Child of God, you can Curse others and things. Look at what Jesus did to the Fig Tree.

Matthew 21:
18 Now in the morning as he returned into the city, he hungered.

19 And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away.

20 And when the disciples saw it, they marvelled, saying, How soon is the fig tree withered away!

21 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done.

22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.
Just words? Just a Phrase? Means nothing? Are you so sure? "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof." {Proverbs 18:21} Jesus said "Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done." You have the power. You can do this. Are you sure you want to? You also have the power to do good. The Power to Bless. Which chose you?

Some say, that Jesus healed people through His touch. This is not true at all. Look at...

Matthew 8:
5 And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him,

6 And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.

7 And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him.

8 The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.

9 For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.

10 When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

11 And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.

12 But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

13 And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.
Jesus healed the Servant from miles away without so much as seeing the Servant. He spoke his healing into existence. We have the same power. We have the same Spirit. We have God as our Daddy. He is in us. Words MEAN something. They ARE power. Jesus warned us...

Matthew 12:
34 O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.

35 A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.

36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.

37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.
What are you using your words for? I love James. I really do. James wrote..

James 3:
5 Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!

6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.

7 For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind:

8 But the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.

9 Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God.

10 Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.

11 Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?

12 Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh.

13 Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.
It's not just a "Phase." A figure of Speech." They are not just words. The Spoken Word created all that is, was, and ever will be. The Spoken Word created YOU. Adopted you. Saved YOU. The Spoken Word is POWER. It is in your tongue. What are you using your words for? A Blessing, or a Curse. Think about this the next time you say "It's going to be a bad day." Is it? Or did you just Curse the day into being a bad day? "I'm sick." Are you? Or are you healed. "Drop dead.""Go to Hell." 'God damn you." Do you really mean that? Think before you speak. Understand the power of the Spoken Word and the authority of which you speak it. Especially if you are a Child of God.

That's it. It really is that simple. Now go tell someone what you have just done. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." {Romans 10:9} You need to find a Church that God leads you to, and be Baptized the way Jesus said to be. You are now a Child of God. A new Creature. You "have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him." {Colossians 3:10}

Persecution of Christians, Coming to America

It's coming here.

Folks, I will admit, I am angry today. I really am. We will be doing things a bit differently today. I received a request to Pray for the Persecuted Church of Christ all around the world. When I say Church of Christ, what I mean is, Children of God. Not talking a specific denomination. Not talking about certain groups. I'm talking about the Body of Christ, of which, YOU are a part of.

OK. I was also given some examples....

According to the U.S. Department of State, Christians in more than 60 countries face persecution from their governments or surrounding neighbors simply because of their belief in Christ.

With the exception of four official state-controlled churches in Pyongyang, Christians in North Korea face the risk of detention in the prison camps, severe torture and, in some cases, execution for practicing their religious beliefs. North Koreans suspected of having contact with South Korean or other foreign missionaries in China, and those caught in possession of a Bible, have been known to be executed.

In Syria, Christians are increasingly becoming the target of violent attacks. Catholic and Orthodox groups in Syria say the anti-government rebels have committed "awful acts" against Christians, including beheadings, rapes and murders of pregnant women. A special 'Vulnerability Assessment of Syria's Christians' conducted by the World Watch unit of Open Doors International from June 2013 warned that Syrian Christians are the victims of "disproportionate violence and abuse." They warned further that Christian women in Syria are particularly vulnerable to sexual abuse.

In August 2013, Egypt faced what has been called the the worst anti-Christian violence in seven centuries: 38 churches were destroyed, 23 vandalized; 58 homes were burned and looted and 85 shops, 16 pharmacies and 3 hotels were demolished; 6 Christians were killed in the violence and 7 were kidnapped.

The bloodiest attack on Christians in Pakistan's history occurred in September 2013. Two suicide bombers exploded shrapnel laden vests outside All Saints' Church in the old city of Peshawar. Choir members and children attending Sunday school were among 81 people killed. The attack left 120 people wounded, with 10 of them in critical condition.

During an attack on a shopping mall in Nairobi in September, Islamic terrorists asked people for the name of Muhammad's mother or to recite a verse from the Quran in order to identify non-Muslims. One of the terrorists announced, "We have come to kill you Christians and Kenyans because you have been killing our women and children in Somalia. Any Muslims can go."

Four Christians in Iran will get 80 lashes each this month for drinking wine during a communion service. Ahmed Shaheed, UN special rapporteur on human rights in Iran, said that it is common practice for Christians to be punished for violating theocratic laws. In the UN report Shaheed wrote: 'At least 20 Christians were in custody in July 2013. In addition, violations of the rights of Christians, particularly those belonging to evangelical Protestant groups, many of whom are converts, who proselytize to and serve Iranian Christians of Muslim background, continue to be reported.'

An average of 100,000 Christians around the world are killed each year for their faith.

This is enough to make anyone angry. And of course, we will be Praying for them today. Remember what Jesus told us?

John 15:
18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.

19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.

20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.

21 But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.
Then Jesus Blesses us.

Matthew 5:
10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
So we can know that it is coming. We must understand these simple facts. We must not forget who we are. Jesus said,
13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
We also know that...

Romans 8:
33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.

34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
So it is to be expected. Jesus foretold us these things. However, in the Country that was FOUNDED in the Name of God and In the Name of Religious Freedom? "In God We Trust?" "One Nation Under God?" Could this type of persecution be coming HERE? The Answer is YES. This is why I'm angry today.

Back in April 2009, I posted the "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment" You can see the PDF HERE

So if you are Pro-life, you may be a Right Wing Extremist? If you are anti-Amnesty, you may be a Right Wing Extremist? If you are in the Tea Party, you ARE a Terrorist. You Racist, Bigoted, Chauvinistic, Homophobes out there. Yes. I'm talking to YOU. You freedom loving imbeciles. You are a threat to National Security. This is an official Government, Homeland Security, Document. Then in 2011, I posted this.

Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism at the University of Maryland, which was funded by Homeland Security, for the sum of $12 million dollars, by the way, says this..

The report takes its definitions from a 2011 study entitled Profiles of Perpetrators of Terrorism, produced by the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism, in which the following characteristics are used to identify terrorists.

- Americans who believe their “way of life” is under attack;

- Americans who are “fiercely nationalistic (as opposed to universal and international in orientation)”;

- People who consider themselves “anti-global” (presumably those who are wary of the loss of American sovereignty);

- Americans who are “suspicious of centralized federal authority”;

- Americans who are “reverent of individual liberty”;

- People who “believe in conspiracy theories that involve grave threat to national sovereignty and/or personal liberty.”

And of course,,,,

The report also lists people opposed to abortion and “groups that seek to smite the purported enemies of God and other evildoers” as terrorists.

Now I'm not talking about jokes, insults, etc. These have been around since there were Christians. Tell a joke about a Jew, you are labeled a "Anti-Semite." Tell a joke about a Muslim, or even speak out against Islam and their war against us, you are labeled a "Islamaphobe." In some areas in this Country today, it is actually illegal to do so. Yet? We have a President that calls Christians "Bitter Clingers." Christian bashing is all but encouraged. So this is not new. What IS new, is our Military is being primed right now, to be against, US. I'll say this again, Our Military is being primed to be against YOU. Here are eight examples..

1 On October 17th, soldiers at Ft. Hood were instructed that evangelical Christians are a “threat to this nation”…

Soldiers attending a pre-deployment briefing at Fort Hood say they were told that evangelical Christians and members of the Tea Party were a threat to the nation and that any soldier donating to those groups would be subjected to punishment under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

A soldier who attended the Oct. 17th briefing told me the counter-intelligence agent in charge of the meeting spent nearly a half hour discussing how evangelical Christians and groups like the American Family Association were “tearing the country apart.”

2 During a recent U.S. Army briefing, the American Family Association was identified as a “domestic hate group“…

Several dozen U.S. Army active duty and reserve troops were told last week that the American Family Association, a well-respected Christian ministry, should be classified as a domestic hate group because the group advocates for traditional family values.

The briefing was held at Camp Shelby in Mississippi and listed the AFA alongside domestic hate groups like the Ku Klux Klan, Neo-Nazis, the Black Panthers and the Nation of Islam.

3 A battalion commander assigned to the 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell, Kentucky sent out a mass email to those under his command last year that included the “Christian Right”, the Family Research Council and Focus on the Family founder James Dobson under the heading of “Domestic Hate Groups”.

4 An unclassified guide for military leaders that was published in August 2011 identifies those that exhibit “extreme religious intolerance” as potentially violent radicals. If you claim that your faith is the only true faith (like most Bible-believing Christians do), that would put you into this category.

5 Earlier this year, the Pentagon issued a written statement to Fox News that stated that “religious proselytization is not permitted within the Department of Defense” and that “court martials and non-judicial punishments are decided on a case-by-case basis”.

6 One of the top consultants that Barack Obama has brought in to the Pentagon to work on issues related to religion in the military, Mikey Weinstein, has described evangelical Christians as “human monsters” and “enemies of the United States Constitution“.

7 Mikey Weinstein also teaches that when an evangelical Christian shares his or her faith, it is the equivalent of being “spiritually raped by fundamentalist Christian religious predators“.

8 In April of last year, a U.S. Army training presentation specifically identified evangelical Christians as religious extremists. On a slide entitled “Religious Extremism”, “Evangelical Christianity” was at the very top of a list of extremist religious groups that also included al-Qaeda, Hamas and the Ku Klux Klan.

This was compiled by Prophecy News Watch. Now I do want you to notice the dates that all these things began being OFFICIAL US GOVERNMENT POLICY. 2009. Immediately following the Election of one Barack Obama as President, Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House, and one Harry Reid as Leader of the Senate.

Gone are the days of going to Church, singing songs, and going home to BBQs. It is time we stand up folks. It is time we do whatever we need to do to throw these people out of Power. “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." Edmund Burke.

Now do not misunderstand me here folks. I'm not calling for us to take up arms and storm the White House. Remember what Jesus told Peter when they came to take Jesus away. "Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword." This is true, "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places."

We removed God from America. We got what we got. The only thing to save America now, is to put God back in it. When the time comes to stand up and be counted. STAND UP. Being a Child of God is not always sweetness and light. It is not always about singing hymns, and dressing nicely. Sometimes it's about taking a stand. It's about becoming active. Pray for the persecutions of your Brothers and Sisters all around the world, but do not forget to Pray for those of us right here in America.

When the time comes to Vote, for now, we still have free elections, vote those out that brought these things into being. One of the other reasons I left Politics was I stopped seeing any difference in those in power. They all tell you whatever you want to hear to get elected, then they go to Washington, and they all become the same. Time for TRUE Hope and Change.

Oh Heavenly Father, Lord God, we come before you today, to pray for our Brothers and Sisters all around the world. Those that are being persecuted for your name sake, and your Word's sake. Those that are suffering in the name of the Kingdom and the name of Jesus. We pray for them. That you may be always with them and never leave them. That they may have the boldness, strength, and comfort. To stand up. To carry on. To endure. To be your Children. Father we Pray today that you are true to your Word. For we know you are. That your Word declares it shall never return to you void. Remind them Father that great is their reward.

Father we also pray for America. This Country that was founded on your Word. Founded in your Name. Found in the name of Freedom. We pray today that those in this Country that are attempting to destroy it and rebuild it into something it was, not only never intended to be, but the exact opposite of what it was intended to be, fail. We understand that those things that are happening in this Country right now, are happening by our own hand. We pray forgiveness for this. We pray for forgiveness of all our sins. We pray to you today for your Child right here in America, that they may have the boldness, strength, and comfort. To stand up. To carry on. To endure. To be your Children.

Father, we know that you are God. We know you are in charge of all things. We know that you select those in power and authority. We know that it is your Will, not ours, that shall be done. So as Jesus said, we do not pray for the world, but rather for our Brothers and Sisters who are in it. Those you have selected, and those you have called. Be with us. Be with them. Show each of us the way in which you want us to go. To be. We ask you do not lead us into the temptation to take things in our own hands, but show us the way you want us to go. Bless us as we Bless others. Teach us, as we teach others. Comfort us in the times of need. Strengthen us to be bold enough to speak the Truth, your Truth Father, to any you ask us to speak to. We ask these things in the name of Jesus. Amen!

It's up to you folks. Sit back and do nothing. Stand up and be counted. Go out and elect those that will end the madness, or allow others to vote for those that will continue to carry us down a dark and dangerous path. Pray or not. Vote or not. Do or do not. But make no mistake about it. It IS coming here.

Serving God Hedonistically

Satan, Heathens, Religious, for Religion Sake, all lack the same one thing.

We have been talking about the fact that you are a member of a Secrete Society call FOG. The Family of God. As a member, you are a COG, or a Child of God. We talked about how you must first be selected, and accept the invitation to join. We talked about Membership and Conduct. Then we talked about how God wants you to operate. He wants you to work in secret. When you give tithes and offerings, do good works, Pray, Fast, ETC, God says, do so in private.

You see, God is not concerned with you doing things for your benefit. He is not interesting in your Pride. Jesus tells us, over and over again, if you do things for the glory and praise of men, then you shall have your reward. We are do serve God, regardless of what man thinks. We are to love Him above all. Then we talked about Matthew 6:7. Some of you may have heard this for the first time ever.

Then Jesus said this, "But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do." Stop. Read that again. "But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do." What does the word, Heathen, mean? Pagan, Infidel, Idolater, Heretic, Unbeliever, Disbeliever, Nonbeliever, Atheist, Agnostic, Skeptic. It means, Unsaved. Now, read that again. Jesus just said, Do not Pray in vain repetitions as the Unsaved do.

Why would unsaved people be Praying? I didn't say it. Jesus did. Then we talked about the scariest, most terrifying, at least in my opinion, Passage, in the entire Word of God.

Matthew 7:
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Really think about that. Jesus just told us, that there will be those, that spend their entire life, doing good works, in the name of Jesus, and He will say, "I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." REALLY think about that. What does that mean? How can people do good works, in the name of Jesus, and not be saved? They lack one thing.

Many are under the false presumption, that as long as you know God, you will get to Heaven. Jesus takes it a bit further here, and says, many also think as long as they know Him, they will get to Heaven. Well?

Job 1:
6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them.

7 And the Lord said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.

8 And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?

9 Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, Doth Job fear God for nought?

10 Hast not thou made an hedge about him, and about his house, and about all that he hath on every side? thou hast blessed the work of his hands, and his substance is increased in the land.

11 But put forth thine hand now, and touch all that he hath, and he will curse thee to thy face.

12 And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, all that he hath is in thy power; only upon himself put not forth thine hand. So Satan went forth from the presence of the Lord.
Again in,,,

Job 2:
1 Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the Lord.

2 And the Lord said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? And Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.

3 And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.

4 And Satan answered the Lord, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life.

5 But put forth thine hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse thee to thy face.

6 And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life.

7 So went Satan forth from the presence of the Lord, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown.
Lucifer, Son of the Morning. The First Angel. Loved by God above all others. Lucifer, now known as Satan, The devil, is not some red faced, pitchfork holding, tail wagging, demon, straight from the pits of Hell. He is what he is. An Angel. The first and fairest of all.

Isaiah 14:
12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

16 They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;
This is the whole reason Hell was ever created. It was never intended to be for man. Jesus tells us in

Matthew 25:
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
Jesus tells us He was there at the fall.

Luke 10
18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
So? Who is Satan? He is not a demon, nightmarish, thing out of a horror movie. If he was to walk into a Church today, MANY would fall at his feet thinking he was Jesus Himself. Now ask yourself this, is He saved? He has seen God face to face. He has seen Jesus face to face.

Matthew 4:
1 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.

2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.

3 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.

4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

5 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,

6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.

7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.

8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;

9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.
Satan lacks the same, one thing, that many lack. He does not posses the same, one thing, that a Pagan, Infidel, Idolater, Heretic, Unbeliever, Disbeliever, Nonbeliever, Atheist, Agnostic, Skeptic, and simply Unsaved person lacks. Love.

You see, God IS Love. Without Love, you cannot be saved. "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Jesus said, "Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends." Jesus IS Love. Without receiving that gift of Love, and Loving God, you will in no way enter into the Love of God and everlasting life with Him in Paradise.

You can do all the good works you chose to do. You can be a good little {Insert Religion Here} all you want. You can do all the good you want to do. You can even do so in the name of Jesus. But does this mean you are Saved?

Many "serve God" in such a way, that they may profit from it. Pastors in Churches, driving around in expensive cars, live in Mansions, wear expensive Suits. Where are the Tithes and Offerings really going? What are they doing to feed the hungry, heal the sick, give sight to the blind? What does the Church do under their leadership? Anything? Of for self gain?

What are you doing to serve the Lord? Are you going to Church to show others you love God more than they? Remember the story Jesus told us about the Pharisee, and the Publican.

Luke 18:
9 And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others:

10 Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.

11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.

12 I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.

13 And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.

14 I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.
A Pharisee is a highly Religious person. A Publican is a Greek, a lot of times, a Tax Collector for Roman. A Sinner, that most likely had no or little knowledge of Religion. Yet Jesus said, the publican was forgiven and blessed, and the Religious guy, that was doing everything right, save one thing, he did not have love, was not. A true Child of God would first ask forgiveness of their sins, then pray for the Sinner next to them. That is Love. But instead, he despised the Sinner. That is not love. Love is the key. Look what Paul tells us.

1 Corinthians 13:
1 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

3 And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.

4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;

6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth;

7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things.

8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.

9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.

10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.

11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.
Charity is Love. What Paul tells us here is without Love, you have nothing. No matter what other gifts you may possess, and no matter whatever else you do, without Love, you truly have nothing. This is why Jesus tells us we need to "Love your neighbor as yourself." Simply because "Love suffereth long, and is kind; Love envieth not; Love vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up, Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Love never faileth:"

It is not enough to "serve God" or "follow Jesus" or be Religious. You must have Love. If you love your Neighbor, you will not lie to them, hate them, abuse them, steal from them, greatly desire something they possess, cheat on them with their Spouse, and of course, you will not kill them.

Are you "serving God" hedonistically? Are you being a good little {insert Religion here} so that you will receive power and position? So you will receive praise by man? Jesus tells us, you have your reward. Or are you serving God out of pure Love. Do you have the Love of God. These are questions only you can answer.

That's it. It really is that simple. Now go tell someone what you have just done. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." {Romans 10:9} You need to find a Church that God leads you to, and be Baptized the way Jesus said to be. You are now a Child of God. A new Creature. You "have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him." {Colossians 3:10}

The Secret Society of FOG, Conduct

Seeking Glory of?

We have talked about the fact there are many secret societies out there. There is also one called FOG. Just like all those others, there is only one way to join. You must first be selected. Just like those others, there is only one way to become a member after you are selected. Just like those others, being a member has it's rules and regulations, but also has it's privileges. Now that you are a member, or a COG, just like those others, there are rules of conduct.

When was the last time a member of the Illuminati came up and got in your face, and told you who there were, and that you better join them or else? When was the last time a Masonic Order member came up and got in your face? Doesn't ever happen. Why? They are not concerned with if you believe they are real or not. They couldn't care less if you agree with their tenants or not. They do not want you to even know who they are. They work in private, to change the world. They work in private, to accomplish their goals.

As a member of FOG, or Family of God, as a COG, or Child of God, you need to be aware of what God tells you to do. You need to stop caring what man says or thinks. Are you working for the glory of men, or the glory of God? Are you looking to be praised by men, or praised by God? Should you be on the street corner sounding the trumpet, or working in secret. Remember, not everyone is a Child of God. Not everyone is going to be called to be. Not everyone will be able to even hear your words.

What did Jesus mean when He said this?

Matthew 6:
1 Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.

2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

3 But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:

4 That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.

5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.
Now Jesus gives us the manner of Prayer to say, then He continues,,,,
16 Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

17 But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face;

18 That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.
Now you really need to get a few things here. First, notice Jesus tells us this. You are doing the things you do, for one of two reasons. The Praise of men, or the Praise of God. You are doing things to be seen by men, and in which case, be esteemed by them, or you are doing the things of your Father because you are being obedient to Him.

Jesus tells us, that if we are doing it to be esteemed by men, we will be. That will be our reward. But God will not esteem us. He will not glorify us. He will have nothing to do with us. Remember, Jesus was talking to religious folks, Priests and Rulers of the Synagogues, when He said this,,"This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me." You can do good, and still not be justified in the eyes of God, if you are doing so, for the wrong reasons.

Second, "And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward." How do you act in Church? How do you act at home?

I know, I know, I may offend some with this, but it's true. I was at a church one day, and I saw this lady fall to the ground. I get some kneeling before God in Prayer. I do. But this lady fell to the ground and was basically laying there, crying, worshiping God. I cringed. I know, horrible of me. Right? Who am I to judge? I found myself wondering, "Does she do this at home, when no one is around?" Seriously. How do you act in Church? Do you run around? Do you jump and scream at the top of your lungs? Do you fall to the ground worshiping God? Do you do the same at home alone? Are you truly praising God? Or are you saying to those in church, "Look at me, I love God more than you." ? Does this woman leave Church and go home, never again to pick up the Bible, or even pray, until the following Sunday? How does she live her everyday life? Is she living for God? Only God knows the Heart.

Wait, what are you talking about? Why would unsaved people be Praying? I didn't say it. Jesus did. Which brings us to the scariest, more terrifying, at least in my opinion, Passage, in the entire Word of God.

Think about that.

Got a news flash for ya. Lucifer knows Jesus. Saw Him face to face. Tempted Him three times. Directly. Lucifer knows God. Seen Him face to face. Lucifer knows the Bible. Word for word. He was there when it was written.

Lucifer, Son of the Morning. The First Angel. Loved by God above all others. Is He saved? You really need to fully get this. Lucifer, now known as Satan, The devil, is not some red faced, pitchfork holding, tail wagging, demon straight from the pits of Hell. He is what he is. An Angel. The first and fairest of all. If he was to walk into a Church today, MANY would fall at his feet thinking he was Jesus Himself. He lacks the same, one thing, that many lack. We will discuss this next time more in depth.

"But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret." Pray in secret? Now of course we are not talking about Communal Prayer. The Church coming together, to Pray for the sick, ETC. However, Jesus tells us that we should Pray in secret.

Look what Jesus says about Fasting. "But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face" He says, don't walk around looking sad, or hungry. He is saying, do what you do, for God. Not Man.

All in all, Jesus tells us "in secret" three different times in this one teaching. Tithing and the giving of gifts. Included in that is doing good works. Praying, and Fasting. He is not concerned with you doing good things, if you are doing them for the wrong reasons. He want's us to do it in secret. He tells us to do it in secret. It's NEVER about us. It is always about others, and God.

We have two very simple Commandments. Love God with all our Heart, Mind, and Soul, and Love our Neighbor, as ourselves. We are to do the will of the Father. Keep Jesus's Words. We should be doing so in secret. "and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly."

That's it. It really is that simple. Now go tell someone what you have just done. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." {Romans 10:9} You need to find a Church that God leads you to, and be Baptized the way Jesus said to be.
