Jesus fulfills Prophecy

In every way.

Last time we talked about the Blueprint. The picture that the Prophets painted of the coming Messiah. All we have to do is look at this Blueprint, this Picture, and see if whomever claiming to be, or claimed to be, the Messiah, actually fits.

The first and simplest part of the Prophecy, is this..

Isaiah 7:
14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
Which we talked about before, "God with us" In Matthew, His name is said to be Emmanuel, Same name, different spelling. So how did he become Jesus? What does Jesus mean? Well, Emmanuel means "God with us." He is the Christ. The Messiah. The Angel of the Lord told Joseph to call His name Jesus. Which means "Jehovah is salvation." This is not a contradiction. This is there for a very specific reason.

Now imagine this. Joesph was a Carpenter. He was an everyday Joe. He put hammer to nails. He build homes and such. Like the people you see out there on rooftops, sweating, working away. He was not "holy." He was not rich. He was not a Politician, Statesman, Ruler of a Synagogue. He was just Joe.

So he comes home from a long day of work, and his girlfriend tells him she is pregnant. Now these two have never had sex. You just didn't do that before marriage at this time. But she tells him she is pregnant, but it's OK. Because the Angel of the Lord appeared to her, and told her that she was to become pregnant by the Holy Spirit Himself, and bring forth a Son, who would be the Savior of the world.

Now how many of you guys out there would buy this? Yeah. Neither did Joseph. He got angry and wanted to "Put her away privily." Now as a side note, this is an interesting term. "Put her away privily." Many translations say it means Joseph wanted to Divorce her. Would make sense if they we married at the time. But they were not. A little bit later we see the Angel appear to Joesph and tell him to not be a afraid to "fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife." So what "Put her away privily." mostly means is break off the engagement quietly.

Here is the text..

Matthew 1:
18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.

19 Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a public example, was minded to put her away privily.

20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.

21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins.

22 Now all this was done, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying,

23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.

24 Then Joseph being raised from sleep did as the angel of the Lord had bidden him, and took unto him his wife:

25 And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name Jesus.
I also heard it said that "Put her away privily." meant to not have sex with her and the Angel told him to go ahead. But as we see in this last verse, that is not the case. So again, if you have a Mommy and Daddy, and they did have sex, and sperm hit the egg, you are not the Messiah. Sorry Koresh, sorry Applewhite, sorry Mohammed, you are not the Messiah..

So next, where will the Messiah be born? Bethlehem.
Micah 5:
2 But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.
Sorry Buddha. Now Joesph and Mary are in Nazareth. Yet they traveled to Bethlehem. Did they do so because the Angel told them to to fulfill the Prophecy? Nope. They most likely had no clue to the Prophecy. Mary's cousin Elisabeth, the Mother of John the Baptist lived in Bethlehem. So when Joseph went there to be counted in the census and pay taxes, Mary most likely went with him to see her family. Both Joseph and Mary are of lineage of David, but in those days, women didn't count.

Luke 2:
3 And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city.

4 And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:)

5 To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.
Mary gives birth to Jesus...

Matthew 2:
1 Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem,

2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.

3 When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him.

4 And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born.

5 And they said unto him, In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet,

6 And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel.
Again, Jesus fulfills the Prophecy. Virgin birth in Bethlehem. Now even as a Child, Jesus amazed and astonished both His earthly Parents and everyone that met him. I love this story. Joseph and Mary go on a trip to see relatives and forgot Jesus when he was 12 years old. {Laughing}

Luke 2:
40 And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him.

41 Now his parents went to Jerusalem every year at the feast of the passover.

42 And when he was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the custom of the feast.

43 And when they had fulfilled the days, as they returned, the child Jesus tarried behind in Jerusalem; and Joseph and his mother knew not of it.

44 But they, supposing him to have been in the company, went a day's journey; and they sought him among their kinsfolk and acquaintance.

45 And when they found him not, they turned back again to Jerusalem, seeking him.

46 And it came to pass, that after three days they found him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions.

47 And all that heard him were astonished at his understanding and answers.

48 And when they saw him, they were amazed: and his mother said unto him, Son, why hast thou thus dealt with us? behold, thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing.

49 And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father's business?

50 And they understood not the saying which he spake unto them.

51 And he went down with them, and came to Nazareth, and was subject unto them: but his mother kept all these sayings in her heart.

52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.
I love this story. It shows that these are average folks. They go away for the Holidays and leave to come home and forget Jesus. FOUR days they had no idea where He was. When they found Him, He was teaching the Word of God to the Religious folks. At 12 years old. When He say, "How is it that ye sought me? wist ye not that I must be about my Father's business?" they had no idea what He was talking about.

Then there was this one day. When Jesus really began. He goes into the Synagogue, {Church} and they bring Him The Word to read from. But this day was not like all the rest.

Luke 4:
16 And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.

17 And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,

18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

19 To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.

20 And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.

21 And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.
What He read was this....

Isaiah 61:
1 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

3 To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified.
Now wait a second. There is another contradiction. The Word says..."the Lord hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek;" Jesus said, "The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor;" See? He was not reading this. Yes He was. He said this was fulfilled today. What is the "Meek?" The Poor. What is good "good tidings?" The Gospel of Christ.

Luke 2:
8 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.

9 And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.

10 And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.

11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.
Jesus did not misquote the Word. He reworded to show that it was complete. That it was He that the Word was talking about. The rest, as they say is history. He DID bring the Gospel to the poor.

Matthew 5:
3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
He healed the sick of all diseases. Even death itself. He set the captives of the flesh free through His death and Resurrection, and through the adoption of the Holy Spirit. Let's talk about His betrayal and death.

First, Judas, thirty pieces of Silver, the burial place of Judas, and the fact people saw Jesus's life worth the thirty pieces of silver, and ALL foretold..

Zechariah 11:
10 And I took my staff, even Beauty, and cut it asunder, that I might break my covenant which I had made with all the people.

11 And it was broken in that day: and so the poor of the flock that waited upon me knew that it was the word of the Lord.

12 And I said unto them, If ye think good, give me my price; and if not, forbear. So they weighed for my price thirty pieces of silver.

13 And the Lord said unto me, Cast it unto the potter: a goodly price that I was prised at of them. And I took the thirty pieces of silver, and cast them to the potter in the house of the Lord.
And in....

Jeremiah 19:
1 Thus saith the Lord, Go and get a potter's earthen bottle, and take of the ancients of the people, and of the ancients of the priests;

2 And go forth unto the valley of the son of Hinnom, which is by the entry of the east gate, and proclaim there the words that I shall tell thee,

3 And say, Hear ye the word of the Lord, O kings of Judah, and inhabitants of Jerusalem; Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring evil upon this place, the which whosoever heareth, his ears shall tingle.

4 Because they have forsaken me, and have estranged this place, and have burned incense in it unto other gods, whom neither they nor their fathers have known, nor the kings of Judah, and have filled this place with the blood of innocents;

5 They have built also the high places of Baal, to burn their sons with fire for burnt offerings unto Baal, which I commanded not, nor spake it, neither came it into my mind:

6 Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that this place shall no more be called Tophet, nor The valley of the son of Hinnom, but The valley of slaughter.

7 And I will make void the counsel of Judah and Jerusalem in this place; and I will cause them to fall by the sword before their enemies, and by the hands of them that seek their lives: and their carcases will I give to be meat for the fowls of the heaven, and for the beasts of the earth.

8 And I will make this city desolate, and an hissing; every one that passeth thereby shall be astonished and hiss because of all the plagues thereof.

9 And I will cause them to eat the flesh of their sons and the flesh of their daughters, and they shall eat every one the flesh of his friend in the siege and straitness, wherewith their enemies, and they that seek their lives, shall straiten them.

10 Then shalt thou break the bottle in the sight of the men that go with thee,

11 And shalt say unto them, Thus saith the Lord of hosts; Even so will I break this people and this city, as one breaketh a potter's vessel, that cannot be made whole again: and they shall bury them in Tophet, till there be no place to bury.

12 Thus will I do unto this place, saith the Lord, and to the inhabitants thereof, and even make this city as Tophet:

13 And the houses of Jerusalem, and the houses of the kings of Judah, shall be defiled as the place of Tophet, because of all the houses upon whose roofs they have burned incense unto all the host of heaven, and have poured out drink offerings unto other gods.

14 Then came Jeremiah from Tophet, whither the Lord had sent him to prophesy; and he stood in the court of the Lord's house; and said to all the people,

15 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will bring upon this city and upon all her towns all the evil that I have pronounced against it, because they have hardened their necks, that they might not hear my words.
As it took place?

Matthew 27:
1 When the morning was come, all the chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death:

2 And when they had bound him, they led him away, and delivered him to Pontius Pilate the governor.

3 Then Judas, which had betrayed him, when he saw that he was condemned, repented himself, and brought again the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,

4 Saying, I have sinned in that I have betrayed the innocent blood. And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.

5 And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself.

6 And the chief priests took the silver pieces, and said, It is not lawful for to put them into the treasury, because it is the price of blood.

7 And they took counsel, and bought with them the potter's field, to bury strangers in.

8 Wherefore that field was called, The field of blood, unto this day.

9 Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him that was valued, whom they of the children of Israel did value.
Then when Jesus went before Pilate, He fulfilled this...

Isaiah 53:
7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
How it took place?
Mark 15:
5 But Jesus yet answered nothing; so that Pilate marvelled.
Then on the Cross?

Psalm 22:
1 My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?
Matthew 27:
46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
They parted His Cloths.

Psalm 22:
18 They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.
Matthew 27:
35 And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots.
The Resurrection and final Reign of Christ.

Psalm 22:
27 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the Lord: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.

28 For the kingdom is the Lord's: and he is the governor among the nations.

29 All they that be fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.

30 A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the Lord for a generation.

31 They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness unto a people that shall be born, that he hath done this.
Jesus IS Lord...

Romans 14:
11 For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
There are more examples and is an interesting study if you chose to take it a bit farther. However, the evidence is clear. There is only one that fits the Prophesy. One that can match it point for point, and word for word. That one, IS, Jesus the Christ.

Do you know Jesus as your Savior? Have you been adopted into the Family of God? If not, say this Prayer. Right now. Wherever you may be. Say it in your own words, and do not doubt in your heart. God will hear you. He will send the Spirit of Life to you. Let us Pray..

"Oh heavenly Father, Lord God. I am a sinner. I know this. I know there is nothing I can do to change that. But I know you can. I accept Jesus's sacrifice for me. I repent my sins. Please send the Spirit of Adoption into my life. Help me to get to know the real you. Save me. Please. In the name of Jesus, Amen!"

That's it. It really is that simple. Now go tell someone what you have just done. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." {Romans 10:9} You need to find a Church that God leads you to, and be Baptized the way Jesus said to be. You are now a Child of God. A new Creature. You "have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him." {Colossians 3:10}

They Lie, Jesus is NOT The Only Way

He did exist. He IS the Messiah.

This is one of those messages that offend some that hear it. But it is the truth. The Truth is a constant. An absolute. A never changing, always present, fact. It doesn't matter if you become offended. It doesn't matter if you accept it, reject it, or even if you understand it. It just is.

First lie they tell you is that Jesus never existed. This is simply silly. Even secular Historians will tell you that Jesus did truly exist. That in the time depicted in the Bible, there really was a man name Jesus who really was born in Bethlehem, who really did live to about 33 years old, and who was really crucified. So we will not even waste another second on this lie.

Now many argue that Jesus was a great Teacher. A Preacher. A Rabbi. Some say He was the Son of God, others? He was not. Some say He was God in the flesh, many say he was nothing more than a man. Was Jesus of Nazareth, truly the Messiah? Is He truly the only way to be saved? What does the Word say?

Lets start in the very beginning.

Genesis 1
1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
So here we see, God, The Father, and the Spirit were both present before there was anything. In the beginning, God was.
26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
In the original language, us, and our, are both in reference to Three or more. We are made in the Imagine of God Himself. Our mind, fashioned after God the Father. Our bodies, fashioned after the flesh of God, the Son. Our soul, spirit, the thing that is us, that will live forever, after the Holy Spirit. We, like God, are three completely different beings, yet we are one.

In....
John 1:
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 The same was in the beginning with God.

3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John.

7 The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through him might believe.

8 He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light.

9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world.

10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.

11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.

12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
The the Word starts to foretell us of the Messiah to come. Let's start in Genesis. A Messiah is coming..

Genesis 49:
10 The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.
Then in....

Numbers 24:
17 I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh: there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.
So we know that an all powerful Messiah will come and take away all the Sin of man, and defeat Evil. However, how do we know that Jesus is the One?

King David had a vision of the Messiah. He was even shown that he would ask "why have you forsaken me?" and that they would pierce His hands and feet. In....

Psalm 22:
1 My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?

2 O my God, I cry in the day time, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.

3 But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel.

4 Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.

5 They cried unto thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.

6 But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.

7 All they that see me laugh me to scorn: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, saying,

8 He trusted on the Lord that he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.

9 But thou art he that took me out of the womb: thou didst make me hope when I was upon my mother's breasts.

10 I was cast upon thee from the womb: thou art my God from my mother's belly.

11 Be not far from me; for trouble is near; for there is none to help.

12 Many bulls have compassed me: strong bulls of Bashan have beset me round.

13 They gaped upon me with their mouths, as a ravening and a roaring lion.

14 I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.

15 My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.

16 For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.

17 I may tell all my bones: they look and stare upon me.

18 They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.

19 But be not thou far from me, O Lord: O my strength, haste thee to help me.

20 Deliver my soul from the sword; my darling from the power of the dog.

21 Save me from the lion's mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns.

22 I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.

23 Ye that fear the Lord, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.

24 For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard.

25 My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.

26 The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the Lord that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.

So the true Messiah will be seemingly forsaken, and cut off, killed, and then live to reign over all things forever. Then we turn to Isaiah. Now Isaiah is filled with the prophetic foretelling of the coming Messiah. It is a blueprint, if you will, of what the Messiah is, what He will do, and is a crystal clear picture of Jesus Himself. Lets start with the Virgin Birth.. In..

Isaiah 7:
14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
Which is "God with us" In Matthew, His name is said to be Emmanuel, Same name, different spelling. So how did he become Jesus? What does Jesus mean? Well, Emmanuel means "God with us." He is the Christ. The Messiah. The Angel of the Lord told Joseph to call His name Jesus. Which means "Jehovah is salvation."

Is this one of those Contractions that some like to say fill the Word. Nope. Jesus IS "God with us." And He IS Jehovah Himself. In....

Isaiah 53:
1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed?

2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.

3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.

8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.

9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.

10 Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand.

11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.

12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.
So lets look at this a bit more in depth... We already know that the Messiah, would be born of a Virgin Birth. That right there disqualifies ANYONE who is not. That is why this truth is under constant attack and ridicule by both those that do not believe in God, and those that do not believe in Jesus. If you have a Mommy and Daddy? You are not the Messiah. If your Mommy had sex with your Daddy, and then she became Pregnant, you are not the Messiah.

Muhammad was born to a Mother and Father who both died shortly after his birth and he was raised by his Uncle. Not the Messiah. Confucius? Mother and Father. Not the Messiah. Lao Tzu? Mother and Father. Not the Messiah. L. Ron Hubbard? Mother and Father. Not the Messiah. What about Buddha? Well, Gautama Buddha was said to have perfected being a perfect being. In the Mahāvastu, over the course of many lives, Gautama is said to have developed supramundane abilities including: a painless birth conceived without intercourse. He is said to have no need for sleep, food, medicine, or bathing, although he did engage in such. You know, so we did not feel bad about having to ourselves.

So OK, we have two possibilities now. Jesus, and Buddha.. Both claimed to have been a product of Virgin Births. Well, Buddha after many Births, reached that level.. But none the less.

Now lets look at the other signs to come...

"For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him." This is a bit objective. Some say Christ was a beautiful sight. Some say He wasn't. Some say Buddha was Beautiful. So let's just say they are still tied here.

"He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not." We know that Jesus was, was Buddha? Nope. He was greatly and widely accepted and loved. Problem one for Buddha.

"Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed." Again, we know Jesus was arrested, whipped and beaten with many strips. Was Buddha? Nope. Strike two.

"He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth."

Mark 15:
5 But Jesus yet answered nothing; so that Pilate marvelled.
"He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken." Christ murdered. Crucified. Buddha? In the Mahaparinibbana Sutta, we are told that the Buddha became ill suddenly after he ate Sukaramaddava, literally translated as "soft pork", which had been prepared by his host, Cunda Kammaraputta. Some claim that he, what, teleported himself to a Paradise? He was not arrested. He was not tortured for our sake. He was not put to death because he claimed to be God. Strike three. Buddha is not the Messiah. But let's keep going..

"And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth." Although Pilate said he found no justification for putting Jesus to death, He was put to death, hung between a Thief and a Murderer, on a Cross.

"Yet it pleased the Lord to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in his hand. He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities. Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors." There is no other. In the Bible, in the History books, in other Religious writings, is there any other that fit this Prophecy? No other than Jesus fit this blueprint, if you will, of who the Messiah is, what He will do, and what you look for. Jesus IS the only one. In...

Jeremiah 23:
1 Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture! saith the Lord.

2 Therefore thus saith the Lord God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith the Lord.

3 And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.

4 And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith the Lord.

5 Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.

6 In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, The Lord Our Righteousness.

7 Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that they shall no more say, The Lord liveth, which brought up the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt;

8 But, The Lord liveth, which brought up and which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land.
So the Messiah must be of the seed of David. Again, there is none other. He will come for the Jews. They shall reject him. They shall put Him to death. Another place we see this Prophecy of the coming Messiah is Daniel. Daniel was praying for God to forgive his, and his people's Sin. The Archangel Gabriel came flying down and had a conversation with Daniel..

Daniel 9:
21 Yea, whiles I was speaking in prayer, even the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, touched me about the time of the evening oblation.

22 And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, O Daniel, I am now come forth to give thee skill and understanding.

23 At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shew thee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision.

24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
Now the translation and math is a little complicated to understand, but what many agree, is that Gabriel's message to Daniel is simple and amazing. 483 years would pass from the time of the command recorded in Nehemiah 2:1-8 until the appearance of Messiah the Prince.

Now of course some argue that 483 years would have ended at Jesus's Birth. Some at His Baptism Some at His Resurrection. When He was Transformed. However, it was 483 years leading up to Jesus. So again, there is no other one.

Now next time we will discuss how many more Prophecies were fulfilled during Jesus's life and His Teachings. There is no doubt to those that understand. Those that have ears to hear, eyes to see, and a Spirit to understand, should have no doubt, that there is only one. Jesus. There is no, nor could there be, any other.

That's it. It really is that simple. Now go tell someone what you have just done. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." {Romans 10:9} You need to find a Church that God leads you to, and be Baptized the way Jesus said to be. You are now a Child of God. A new Creature. You "have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him." {Colossians 3:10}

They Lie, No Devil

Know The Enemy, He IS Real

One of the biggest accomplishment that the Devil ever accomplished was convincing the world that he doesn't exist. This is a very true statement. Hollywood would have you believe that the Devil, if he were real, would be a red wrinkled face, horned head, tail waging, pitchfork wielding, demon straight from hell.

Why? The reason he wants people to think that he is nothing but a made up nightmare is simple. If there is no Devil. Then there is no sin. If there is no hell. Then there is no reason for a God. If there is no consequences for your actions, then there is no reason for a Saviour. No hell, then no heaven. No Devil then no God. No sin. Just do as you will.

As we have discussed in the past, he needs do nothing to coerce you into doing anything. You are already his. All you have to do, is NOT accept the Christ that IS Jesus. That's it. Live as you will. Do as you will. There is no need to change a thing.

It's like you, having two twenty dollar bills in your pocket. I take one, and put it in my pocket, and walk away. Which bill are you thinking about? The one in your pocket? Or the one in mine? Chances are, you are really angry that I took one of your bills. You want it back. You want me to stop taking your bills. You are thinking of ways for me to stop taking your bills. The last thing you are thinking about is the one in your pocket. Why? You already have that one. No. You are concerned with the one that got away from you. By me.

Satan is the same way. He doesn't care about you if you already belong to him. He cares about you once you leave. He will do whatever he can, to make sure that you do not take anymore from him. So that's when you really have to be careful.

To attempt to keep more people from leaving to begin with, he tries to convince many that he doesn't even exist. That is also why the false premise of who and what he is. He is NOT a demon straight from hell. Truth is, if he was to appear in a church today, as he truly is, many would most likely fall at his feet thinking he was Jesus himself. In Isaiah 14, it tells us a wealth of information that you may not know.
12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!

13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:

14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.
The first thing you need to realize is that he is called Son of the Morning. He was the fairest of all the Angels. He is beautiful. He is majestic. He would appear to many as Christ himself. Not some red wrinkled face, horned head, tail waging, pitchfork wielding, demon straight from hell. But a vision of beauty. He hasn't changed. He is who he is.

Second, "I will ascend into Heaven." Which means what? If you were to say, I will go into that house, that means you are not there. Right? He said in his heart, I will go into Heaven and I will put my throne above God's. He wanted to become God. He was cast down. He failed. A third of the Angels followed him. They failed as well. THIS is the whole reason there even is a hell. For him and his followers. It was never intended for us.

Now we see how Satan works. Does he send you nightmares? Does he get in your face and threaten you? Does he yell and scream? Growl? Nope. He suggests. He whispers. We see this after God created Mankind. He was jealous of us. He was the first Angel. He and his followers were God's FIRST creation. They were the ones. Now, because of their disobedience, God started over. That is the gap between Genesis one and two. So in Genesis 3, we see him in action for the first time.
1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?

2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
Now again, did Satan make her do it? Nope. Did he make Adam take it and eat of it with her? Nope. He simply told her a half truth. He lied. But he was calm about it. He fed into what he knows she desired. To be like God. He knew that Adam was the same. And to get Adam to sin, he used Eve.

You see, the devil will not force you to do anything. He will make whatever you desire seem obtainable. He will make something seem right. He will whisper in your ear. He will feed your desire. He will not however, tempt you with something that has nothing to do with you. I do not do drugs. I do not drink daily. I have been known to have an adult beverage from time to time. Do not misunderstand. I'm not against drinking adult beverages. Neither is God by the way. Jesus drank wine. As a matter of fact, the first miracle Jesus did was turn water into wine at a wedding. The Bible even tells us in

1st Timothy 5:23
Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach's sake and thine often infirmities.
So I'm not anti drinking. I am anti drunk. So please understand what I'm saying here. I do not drink daily, nor do I ever use drugs. So the devil is not going to show up at my door with a six pack and a bag of Pot and say "Hey, lets party." Do you do drugs? Are you an alcoholic? If so, he MAY show up at your door with them. But he will not waste his time at mine.

Are you addicted to Porn? If so, you may be walking in the mall. All of a sudden, you may see a girl wearing a see through top with no bra. Or just a girl walking through the mall wearing next to nothing in general. Now that imagine is in your head. You go home, turn on the Computer, and there you go.

This is how he works. He does not tempt you with things that will not tempt you. He knows you. He knows what buttons to push. He knows how to whisper in your ear, and what to say. He does not FORCE you to do anything. It is still ultimately YOU, who decide to do it or not. To give in or not. To sin or not.

Can he do whatever he wants to you? Nope. Why? Because he is NOT God. He needs God's permission. Think about that. Look at Job. in

Job 2:
1 Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the Lord.
Think about this for a second. There are set days when "The Sons of God," remember this is before Jesus came giving us the opportunity to become Sons and Daughters of God ourselves, had to present themselves before God. In other words, give an account to God, about what they have been doing. Here comes Satan himself. Walking in to present himself before God.
2 And the Lord said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? And Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
Again, he is not in Hell. He is not in Heaven. He is in the World. He is ON the Earth. He is not locked up yet. Do not buy into Religious teachings or Hollywood that want to tell you any different.
3 And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause.
Now God knows he was messing with Job. God understands that Satan HATES anyone that loves God. Does He say to Satan, "Stop messing with him. He believes in Me and he is Mine?" Nope. He lets Satan answer the question. Satan says this.
4 And Satan answered the Lord, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life.

5 But put forth thine hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse thee to thy face.

6 And the Lord said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life.

7 So went Satan forth from the presence of the Lord, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown.
Satan said, "Put forth YOUR hand now, and touch his bone and flesh." You see, Satan told God to do it. Why? Because Satan can do NOTHING without God's permission. God said, "Behold, he is in your hand." The only thing God told Satan he could not do, was take his life. He did not give Satan authority over Job. He said Look, he is already in your hand.

That is a powerful Truth. What does that mean? Job, like us, was in the world. He was, as we are, flesh. Remember, God created the world, and gave all authority of it, to us. Adam gave our authority over the world to Satan, in the Garden of Eden. Since then, Satan has become lord over the Earth. So the Spirit of Man can become adopted into the Family of God, which means we live forever. However, while in the flesh, in the world, we are in Satan's hand. We are subject to the things in the world and of the flesh. That is why the fruit of the Flesh, or the works of the flesh, and mankind's heart, is evil.

So Satan goes out and tempts Job. He inflicts his body with sickness and disease, turns his family and friends against him, and does many other things to Job. But Job endures it all, never loosing faith, and is HIGHLY rewarded for doing such.

Look at Peter. One of the Disciples Jesus loved the most. The Same Peter that was the only other man in recorded history to walk on water. Yes he did. When they were in the ship and Jesus came walking to them on the water, Peter walked on the water also, until he allowed doubt to creep in and then needed Jesus to save him. According to

Matthew 14:
28 And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water.

29 And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.

30 But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me.
This is the same Peter that Jesus said in..

Matthew 16: 18
And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
This is the same Peter who said to Jesus that he would die for him. He would go to hell with him. The same Peter who cut off the right ear of Malchus, the High Priest's servant, when they came to take Jesus in the Garden to crucify Him. Jesus said THIS to Peter in

Luke 22:
31 And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat:

32 But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
Imagine that. One of the most faithful people ever to walk the earth. One WITH Jesus always. One that Jesus told on him he would build his church. That same Peter, Jesus said, Satan wants you. Peter may have been thinking something like Jesus was going to say, I told him no. Don't worry Pete, I got ya back. But he didn't say that. What did he say? I pray that you are strong enough to with stand whatever it is he throws at you. He said, yup. Actually he most likely said to Satan, "Behold, he is in your hand."

You see, even Jesus himself, while with us, in the flesh, was tempted by Satan. In

Matthew 4:
1 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.

2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.

3 And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.
Notice the first temptation was that of what most people see as a necessity. Food. Jesus was fasting. You could say He was seeking first the Kingdom of God. Doing God's work. Remember, "Seek first the Kingdom of God and all these things will be added onto you?" So Jesus was hungry, and Satan, KNOWING he could, tempted Him to break his fast. To turn rocks into food and eat. But Jesus responded...
4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

5 Then the devil taketh him up into the holy city, and setteth him on a pinnacle of the temple,

6 And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Now as it is written in Romans 8, remember? Nothing can separate us from the Love of God. That nothing can in fact kill us? Not the Spirit. That nothing ever formed can do our Spirit any harm. Also know this. Satan KNOWS the Word. He was there when it was written. He can quote the Bible chapter and verse. He KNOWS God and has, and continues to, see Him face to face. Does that make him good? Just a side note to my 'holier than thou" friends out there. But Jesus said this...
7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God.

8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;

9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
Now this one is important to understand. Again, Satan IS the lord of the earth. He told Jesus, I will give you all this, all you have to do is worship me. The promise of riches. A temptation even back then. But he would not be able to tempt Jesus with this, if he was not able to deliver. You see Satan can tempt Jesus with all the kingdoms of the world, because they belong to him.
10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

11 Then the devil leaveth him, and, behold, angels came and ministered unto him.
Notice a couple of things here. First, who is it that Satan tempts? Is it those who do not know God? Nope. It is the faithful. He doesn't waste his time tempting those that already belong to him. He doesn't have to. Remember what Jesus said to the holier than thou crowd back in the day? Remember what he said to the "religious folks?" The Priests and Scribes. In John 8 he said this...
42 Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.

43 Why do ye not understand my speech? even because ye cannot hear my word.

44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

45 And because I tell you the truth, ye believe me not.

46 Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?

47 He that is of God heareth God's words: ye therefore hear them not, because ye are not of God.
Then in Acts 4, Peter told the High Priest and Rulers, the religious folks, this, talking about Jesus....
11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.

12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Remember, hell was never intended for man. We get there by choice. By not accepting the gift that God gave the world through Jesus. In Matthew 25, Jesus said this...
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
All you have to do to join the Satan and his angels is not accept the gift. That's it. You can be as religious as you want to be. You can do whatever you chose to do. But if you do not have the key, you can't go through the door. Therefore, Satan has no need to tempt you with anything.

So what is the key? Asking God to forgive you for your Sins and accepting His gift. Accept Jesus's sacrifice for you. Allow His blood to be your blood. His death to be your death. His resurrection to be YOUR resurrection. He died so that you do not have to. He died so that you may live. All you have to do is accept it. Ask for it. Say this prayer in your own words.

Now the other thing you need to realize here is this. It took Jesus THREE times to resist the devil before Satan left Him. Three times. Are you greater than Jesus? Becoming a Child of God, does not mean, you can now walk on water. That you will sit on your couch and a bucket of money will drop out of the sky and you will coast through life without another care in the world. No. It means Satan will now tempt you to attempt to keep you from leading anyone else away from him. But I've got good news for you. You are NOW a Child of God. Being a Child of God, you have the power and the authority to resist the devil and all his temptations. In

James 4:
6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.

7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Now notice this also. "But he giveth more grace." in other words, his grace is not sufficient to over come your Sins. It is MORE than sufficient. It does not say you get only what you can handle. It says you get MORE grace than anything you need. MORE grace than is needed to cover your Sins. All you have to do is resist the devil and he will flee from you. In

1st Peter 5:
8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.

10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
Again, the Word does not declare that you, now as a Child of God will have a free ride. All will be peachy. That you will no longer be tempted of the devil. No, as a matter of fact, NOW is the time you will be. However, you have more than enough grace to overcome it. You have God on your side. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. When you successfully over come the temptations, you will be "perfect, stablish, strengthen, settled"
11 To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
That's it. It really is that simple. Now go tell someone what you have just done. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." {Romans 10:9} You need to find a Church that God leads you to, and be Baptized the way Jesus said to be. You are now a Child of God. A new Creature. You "have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him." {Colossians 3:10}

They Lie, No God

"The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God."

The most significant reason for the importance of the knowledge of truth, is so that you will know a lie when you are told it. The ability to understand deception and untruth, can serve you well. It can keep you and protect you from the snares of evil and those who wish to do you harm.

We will be taking an in depth look at this fact. They lie. They lie for many reasons, however, one of the most predominate reason is, they lie for power and control, and out of arrogance and fear. They start early. They attempt to get to your kids in public schools. They attempt to get them to believe the biggest lie ever told. There is no God.

Why? Well, if there is no God, then there is nothing greater than them. No reason to be anything but whatever you chose to be. Live however you chose to live. No God? No Guilt. No Commandments. No morality. Anything goes. Think about this. These people truly believe that when we die, that's it. You just cease to exist. You only have one life, so do as you will. No God. No authority greater than self will. No judgement. No condemnation.

Now of course we understand this....

Psalm 14:
1 The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.
But they do not want to accept that God is real, and He is the final authority in all things. They want the freedom to do as they will, no matter what, they will to do. So they start out attempting to indoctrinate our children in school with Evolution. First, they take God out of the school. The Bible out of the class. The mention of God out of the Classroom. They replace it with this flawed theory.

They want you to believe, that there was nothing. From this nothing, came EVERYTHING. From flowers and trees, to man and mosquitoes. The only problem with this, is that this, is both Scientifically and Mathematically impossible. The one question, the simplest question, is what comes down to even the most dedicated Evolutionist. Where did that first something come from?

You see, Science and Mathematics, can answer most of the questions and curiosities we have. But they can, and do, also disprove theories all the time. They can be inherently flawed. Look at the fact that for a very long time, we, mankind, said that Science proves that the world is flat. Yet? The Bible tells us this..

Isaiah 40:
22 It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:
It was not until Christopher Columbus discovered the new world, and did not fall over the edge of the world, that we accepted that the Bible was right and true. The same is true for God Himself. Man wants you to believe that the Scientifically and Mathematically impossible happened. Something came from nothing.

You see, nothing from nothing is nothing. Nothing added to nothing, is nothing. 0 plus, or subtracted from 0, is 0. Where did the first something come from? Now the argument usually boils down to, "Well, we don't know everything, but that doesn't prove that there is a God." Does it prove there is none? Some say that the first something came from space. If there was nothing, then there was no space. There was no asteroid to carry the first something here, and there was no pile of goo to land the first something into. Does Science not dictate that you investigate ALL possibilities? Why exclude the possibility of God? He was the first something? "No. That is just silly. The Bible was written by a bunch of guys that wanted to control people's lives."

So OK. We are going to accept, even though Science and Math say it's impossible, that one single celled organism, that came from nothing, landed in a pile of goo. From that, came everything. Hot blooded, cold blooded, no blooded. All living things came from this single celled organism, floating around in this equally impossible goo. Through all of our advancements in DNA research, we now know this is also impossible. Yet, we are to believe this.

In science class, little Johnny raises his hand and asks, "Where did the first something come from?" The Teacher says, "Well, we don't know everything yet. We are still learning. That question has not been answered yet. No one knows." Little Johnny puts up his hand again and says "I do." "Yeah? What is the answer then?" He says..

Genesis 1:
1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
"Stop right there little Johnny. That is something you need to talk about with your Mommy and Daddy at home, or in Church. God has no place in Science or the Classroom. Science deals in facts, not fantasies." Really? I submit to you that it takes far more faith to believe in the theory of Evolution than it takes to believe in Creation. At least God is logical. "And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters." There was nothing, then the first something, God, created all that is. Again, the simplest of answers, is the answer. God.

Genesis 1
1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.

6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.

7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.

8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.

9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.

10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.

11 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.

12 And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

13 And the evening and the morning were the third day.

14 And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:

15 And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.

16 And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.

17 And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,

18 And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.

19 And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.

20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.

21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

22 And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.

23 And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.

24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.

25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.

31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
So which takes more faith to believe in? Something came from nothing, and from this one something came everything, or God?

Denouncing God means that they can turn around and denounce His Word. It doesn't matter what the "flawed and contradictory" Bible says. It is foolish to believe in it, and even more foolish, to accept it as fact. Really? There are no contradictions in the Bible. There is ignorance of understanding and misinterpretations. However, there are no contradictions.

If they remove God, Morals, and Truth, something else will take their place. We are seeing the culmination of this right now in the Country and in the world. Black and White is now an ever increasing grey. Right is wrong and wrong is right. Anything goes.

Look at our public schools. Talking and chewing gum use to be the offenses. Now? Rape and Murder are the trend. Look at this Country. Founded on the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Founded for Faith, Freedom, and Family. Look at what is under constant attack. When you remove God, something else takes His place. We are seeing the consequences of this action today.

Is it guns? Is it violent Video Games, TV, Movies? Is it the Broken Home? Is it a failed Public School System? No. These are simply the product of the root cause. It is what we get when we remove God, Morals, and Right and Wrong.

The Government comes in and says, "No God." They say you can not practice your Faith in Public. No God in School, on Government Property, nor anywhere where someone may become offended. Truth is, there is no Wall of Separation. The Constitution dictates we have the Freedom OF Religion. Not freedom FROM. It also says this... "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech," In other words, The Church of England. The whole reason we came here. The Federal Government can not create the Church of the US and force us to worship at it. It also says, that the Federal Government cannot create laws "prohibiting the free exercise thereof." This means, I have the Right to practice my Faith, ANYWHERE and ANYTIME I chose, and the Government cannot tell me I cannot.

People lie about God and the existence of God for power, control, arrogance and fear. Out of ignorance, some accept these lies and blindly follow the liars. You mean it's OK to be Gay? It's OK to commit Murder, as long as we call it a choice? It's OK to reject The Christ? It's OK to accept Government as the answer to all things and to allow them to care for us from the Cradle to the Grave? You mean it's OK to not bother thinking for ourselves and listen to our Parents? It's OK to Marry and Divorce several times, whomever we chose to? You mean we no longer have to be loving toward one another? If you remove the Word? Remove God? Yup. It's OK. Just be a good little Citizen and do as you are told. Everything will be OK.

Truth is, God IS. I've used this analogy before. Just like Gravity exists, and treats all equally, if you chose to accept it or not, God is real. Me and you go up to a high place. You tell me Gravity doesn't exist and it is foolish to believe such nonsense. You step off. You fall and die. I accept Gravity is real. I chose not to. I live. Did Gravity kill you? Nope. Did it kill you because you chose to reject it? Nope. Did it kill you because you were Rich? Nope. Poor? Nope. From here or there? Nope. Black or White? Nope. Male or Female? Nope. This or that Religion? Nope. You did. Your deeds and actions brought forth your death. You condemned yourself. Gravity just is. God, just is.

I'm sorry, but I would much rather live my life, believing in God and His Word, doing His Will, and die finding nothing, than live as if there is no God and wake up in Heaven looking Him in the face. I understand that His Word is not a book of rules and regulations, oppressive and restrictive commandments to make my life more difficult. Rather a blue print for a long and prosperous life both now, and in the time to come.

In part two next time, we will discuss the next Lie they tell all the time. There is no Devil. We will revisit a message we discussed in the past. He IS real also.

That's it. It really is that simple. Now go tell someone what you have just done. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." {Romans 10:9} You need to find a Church that God leads you to, and be Baptized the way Jesus said to be. You are now a Child of God. A new Creature. You "have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him." {Colossians 3:10}

God Condemns No One

Yes. You read that right.

God condemns no one. Not Hitler, Not Bundy, Not Manson. Not you. God is not some old guy, with a long beard, sitting on a throne, waiting to punish you if you disobey Him. I know this is going to be hard for some to understand. To even accept. Even for some Christians. A lot of Christians were brought up in Churches that Preach fire and brimstone. But God does not condemn you for what you do. You are condemn for what you do not do. Your inactivity condemns you. Not your activity.

Wait! Did you say God does not condemn Hitler? Yes I did. But wait, he killed six million plus Jews and others. He was the face of evil. How can you possibly say God did not condemn that monster straight to hell? One word. Saul. Saul from Tarsus in Cilicia. His whole reason for living? To go out and enslave and kill God's Chosen People. He received great power and praise by his Government for doing such. He also became Paul, who wrote a lot of the New Testament we read today. He also became the first Pope, if you will. It wasn't Peter. Peter was to the Jews, what Paul was to the Gentiles.

So what is the difference between Paul and Hitler? Jesus. Paul said yes. Hitler said no. You see, Paul received the Spirit of Adoption. He repented. Hitler did not. It was this inactivity that condemns Hitler. Not the murder of six million Jews. It was this decision to not do something that condemns Hitler. Not accept Jesus and repent his Sins. So will it be for all who chose, not to accept the gift.

John 3:
15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
Lets look at this passage a bit more closely. First, God is a God of Love. He IS Love. He is not some judgmental, overbearing, slave master, dictating to you what to do and not do, or else. The heart of man is continuously evil and the inventions of such are always. God tried other things. The Law. Prophets. Messengers, Priests, Angles. He attempted to show what happens to those who reject Him. We were still continuously evil. So the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us. Jesus.

"That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life." Whosoever believeth. You see, Jesus is all inclusive. Not exclusive. He came for all. God made it so simple. Simply accept Jesus. Repent your Sins. You will receive the Spirit of Adoption, whereby you can cry "Abba Father!" It's that simple. Why? "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Again, whosoever believeth. He doesn't care who you are, what you have done, or what Religion your Mommy and Daddy are. He wants YOU to accept His gift and live.

"He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God." Notice what Jesus says here. He that believeth not is condemned already. Whosoever. Simply, accept Jesus and live, or do not, and you are condemned already. It is not God condemning you. Not Jesus. Not Religion. Not even your Sins. It is this simple inactivity. Not accepting Jesus. "For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world." So Jesus is not here to condemn. He is here to save. The Choice is yours to make. Yes, or no.

Remember what Jesus said in...

John 12:
44 Jesus cried and said, He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.

45 And he that seeth me seeth him that sent me.

46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.

47 And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.

48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

49 For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.

50 And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.
"And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world." I judge him not. I came not to judge, but to save. Again, Jesus tells us that it is simple to understand. "He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day." What did Jesus speak? Through Him, you must be saved. He said Love God with all your heart, and your Neighbor as yourself. He said accept Him and receive the Spirit of Adoption. He said love Him, and He will love you. He said, do the Father's Will.

He said, "He that believeth not is condemned already." Those are the words that will condemn you. You cannot say to God, at this time, I never knew. Jesus told ya. He told all of us. We are without excuse. Speaking of Paul, he makes it pretty clear as well in Romans 8. He said this.
31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.

34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
So it is God who justifies who you are. It is God who sees your heart and knows your will. He is the one that makes you whole, and pure. Able to accept the gift of salvation. Does it then mean it is God that also condemns? If you do not do what he says, he will throw you in the lake of fire? No. What does it say?
34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
You see, God condemns no one. But Pete. Mathew talks about Jesus saying that He will condemn Sinners. He talked about Hell. What about Hell? God created Hell for Lucifer and the third of the Angles that followed him. In...

Matthew 25
41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
Again, What does He say? "Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire." He also said in Matthew 7:23
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
If you do not accept Him, and you do not repent your Sins, He can not save you. You can not be adopted into the Family of God, If you do not accept, Jesus. So you will continue to Sin and work iniquities. He can not get to know you, if you chose not to get to know Him. He says depart from me, but He does not say, I condemn you. He makes it clear it is by your own hand that you are cursed.

Hell was never intended for man. In..

Isaiah 14
11 Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee.

But he failed..

Revelations 12
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.

9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
And in...

Revelations 20
9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
Who will be tormented day and night forever? The devil, the beast, and a third of the Angels. Hell was never intended for Man. It was created for, and exists for the devil. However, we all have free will. We can chose to accept the gift of life, which is simply accepting Jesus, or we can chose not to. If we chose not to, then we go down the same road. We chose the same path. We reject God. God does not reject us. It is by our own inaction that we are condemned, or it is by the grace of God, through the blood of Jesus, we are saved.
Continuing in Revelations 20
11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
Death and Hell were cast into the lake of fire. "And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." Who is it that is written in the Lamb's Book of Life? Those that accept the Lamb. Those that accept his sacrifice for their lives. His death that they may live. God is a God of Love. He created you out of love. He will not condemn you, of which he loved so, he gave Jesus to suffer all that is. Did He do this just to justify sending you to everlasting condemnation? Everlasting torment? Of course not. He has given you the simplest way out. He has even paid the price for you. All you have to do is accept it.

Who is it out there, that being a Parent, would build a bonfire in the back yard, and say to their children, I love you. But remember that day in October? Yeah, because of that, I will now throw you into the fire and watch you burn for the rest of your existence. God would never do this. God IS Love. He sent Jesus for ALL. The choice is yours.

Like I said before, I could show up at your door, with a million dollars in a brief case. I could say to you, look, I understand you are in debt. I understand you are about to lose your house. Here is a way out. Take it. Use it for your needs. Save your house. Now it's up to you. You can take it. Accept the gift. Save your house. Or you can say Yeah, no thanks. I leave with my money. You lose your house. Did I take it from you because you refused my gift? No. What was going to happen, happened. I tried to help you. You decided to not accept my help. There was nothing more I could do at that point. You were on your own.

You are about to lose your house. Your body is your home. Jesus is knocking on the door. He says He has a better house waiting for you. All you have to do is accept His gift. What say you? Do you know Jesus as your Savior? Have you been adopted into the Family of God? If not, say this Prayer. Right now. Wherever you may be. Say it in your own words, and do not doubt in your heart. God will hear you. He will send the Spirit of Life to you. Let us Pray..

"Oh heavenly Father, Lord God. I am a sinner. I know this. I know there is nothing I can do to change that. But I know you can. I accept Jesus's sacrifice for me. I repent my sins. Now you no longer have to worry about hell. You no longer have to worry about that lake of fire. When you stand before God, your name will now be found in the Lamb's Book of Life. God never intended for you to suffer for all eternity. He made the path of Salvation simple and easy to find. You just found it. Now give Him the Praise and glory He deserves. He is now your Daddy. Thank Him for His gift to you.

Until next time, be blessed, be a blessing, and Jesus IS Lord of all!
